8-21 Brew Day
Brewed a 5.5 gallon batch of a Pale Ale using 8 oz. of 4 varieties of hops. No issues other than the hop pellets were a little to much for my hop screen causing me to bail out of it for the flameout additions. Perfect afternoon for brewing!
Hot and Hoppy Mead Update: Finally after 3 weeks of primary, 3 months in seconday and 3 weeks conditioning our very first attempt at a Mead will be unveiled today so stay posted!
