Galena Street IPA is brewed using a equal mix of pilsner and pale ale malt with an added touch of specialty caramel malt giving this brew a lightly roasted sweetness. Add 6 ounces of fresh whole Galena hops hand picked from our hop yard and in 6 weeks you'll find yourself in hop heaven taking a magical summer stroll down Galena Street.
