The
kids and I took a road trip up to Hilbert to pickup the newest member
to our family and our third brew dog, a little Cockapoo we named Ellie.
On our way up we stopped at the Briess Malting Facility in Chilton to
see first hand where some of our malt is processed. The smell around the
plant was unbelievably impressive causing sudden urges to mash in at
152F.
