Hop Weighing and Packaging

After drying our hops we finally were ready to weigh and package them for future brew days. The final weight breakdown for each hop variety is as follows:

Centennial 1.43 oz.

Horizon .16 oz.

Chinook 6.86 oz.

Galena 6 oz.

Cascade 4.9 oz.

Glacier .6 oz.

That my friends is a grand total of 19.95 oz. or just shy of 1.25 lbs. which is 1.25 lbs. more than we were expecting our first year!
